Really friendly staff

couldn’t ask for more from the hotel, staff were super friendly n location was quiet which was bliss. breakfast was cooked to order n really yummy, couldn’t fault it at all. loved the view from my room, so relaxing and clean. fantastic value for the price, def worth it. if im in the area again, this is the place to stay!

Look if you wanna feel taken care off this is the place to be. The hotel manager went out of her way to help us with taxi troubles for our event and even offered to drive us herself, amazing service. And man the breakfast was just incredible, like a feast cooked to order not your standard buffet nonsense.

I had a fantastic stay during my business trip, enjoying the quiet ambiance that really helped me relax after a busy day. The staff was incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I particularly loved the breakfast, which was delicious and served fresh, and my room provided a great view of the nearby golf course.

Had a late check in and the night porter gave me a lovely warm welcome. My room was very clean, beautiful with an very nice view from the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay with friends and loved the easy access to nearby attractions like the beautiful golf course and local pubs. The staff was super helpful, especially when arranging taxis for our outings. Breakfast was solid, and the manager’s personal touch made a big difference.

We did have some trouble finding available taxis during peak times, which caused minor delays to our evening plans.

had a wonderful stay at the chase for 2 nights! the staff were simply excellent, with cath being truly exceptional. our deluxe double room was clean and spacious. The views of the golf course were just amazing. the breakfast was top-notch, making for a relaxing vibe in the bar area.

I had a wonderful stay where I loved enjoying the immaculate grounds and watching the sunset while listening to the local wildlife, and the hotel is just a short drive away from beautiful Cannock Chase AONB, perfect for walking enthusiasts like me.

The attentive hotel manager provided outstanding assistance when we needed help arranging a taxi for the evening. Breakfast service was not only good, but the manager also took the time to check on us the next morning, which made us feel valued.

The stay was delightful with clean rooms and a stunning balcony view. Staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even arranging a taxi for us. The only downside was the slightly clinical atmosphere in some areas. a very enjoyable experience!

It was so fiddly that I couldn’t get it to a comfortable setting, which made my nights restless. On top of that, I faced long waits for dessert during meals, making the dining experience frustrating.

The Deluxe Double Room was lovely with nice views and clean touches, including bathrobes and quality cosmetics. The breakfast was good, and our evening meals were tasty. The location was quiet and restful, making it an enjoyable stay.
